„RHK“ Tubular heater 6,5 mm, 8,5 mm

General

Our tubular heaters have a diameter of 6.5 mm and 8.5 mm and are made of high-alloy chrome-nickel steel. The current-carrying heating conductor, wound into a spiral, is made of highly heat-resistant chrome-nickel resistance wire. This heating conductor is embedded and insulated in the center of the jacket tube. A small-grain magnesium oxide is used as insulation, which is characterized by its particularly good thermal conductivity and excellent insulation values even at high temperatures. Depending on their intended use, the ends of the radiators are unheated and sealed and sealed with a ceramic end bead. The surface load of the tubular heaters in W/cm² depends on the intended use. Therefore, all tubular heaters must be designed in terms of performance and dimensions according to their use.
