Series GF-7148

Gräff temperature sensors of the GF-7148 series are particularly suitable for use in core temperature measurement on cooking ovens, kettles, baking machines, smoking cabinets, sterilizers, autoclaves, etc. from the pharmaceutical and food sectors. Due to the combination of high-quality materials, there are no limits to this series.
In addition, the use of FDA-compliant materials offers the advantage that the application situation does not have to be restricted here. A process-adapted handle made of stainless steel or PTFE also forms a water and vapor-tight transition to the line. By selecting special cable materials, operating temperatures of up to 260°C and more are possible. Like all Gräff temperature sensors, we only use thermal lines instead of compensating lines to manufacture these sensors. In addition to standard lines with silicone or Teflon/PFA, special cables with special properties are also available.
